Returns
According to EU law, the consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods. To exercise the right to withdraw from the contract, please send an unequivocal statement to the e-mail address: kushhtuning@gmail.com
To receive a withdrawal form, please contact us at the following e-mail address: kushhtuning@gmail.com . The goods must be returned to the above address in an intact condition, together with the original packaging and proof of purchase.
Complaints
In the event of physical defects or non-conformity of the goods with the contract, the consumer has the right to file a complaint based on the warranty or guarantee. Complaints can be submitted to the e-mail address: kushhtuning@gmail.com
The complaint should include:
- Consumer's name and surname
- Correspondence address
- Description of the defect or non-conformity of the goods with the contract
- Date of purchase
- Proof of purchase (e.g. receipt, invoice)
The complaint will be considered within 14 days of its receipt. If the complaint is accepted, the store undertakes to repair, replace the goods with new ones, reduce the price or refund the full purchase price, in accordance with the consumer's request.
